As a young adult living in this political climate, I am continually frustrated at the lack of medically sound laws being made in Australia. I cringe whenever we’re deemed ‘America Jr’ but really it has some merit with regard to our drug and pharmaceutical laws.

I think Australia should definitely look at legalizing or at the very least decriminalising steroids & HGH - we just need to unite, send letters to Parliament, get a presence in the media and take action.

Heart conditions with Yok3d

As Yok3d affects the blood pathways by dilating (widening the blood vessels), you must see a doctor about using Yok3d.

Usage of vasodilators or nitrates with Yok3d

Do not use any vasodilators (statins, viagra) or pharmaceutical nitrate medicine with Yok3d. This may cause heart failure or nitrate overdose when used in conjunction with Yok3d.

Swelling and inflammation whilst using Yok3d

Yok3d has been known to cause swelling and inflammation to users. The mechanism behind such isn’t well known at the moment, but it would appear that a larger than normal dose or moderate sensitivity to ingredients are what cause such a reaction.

Dizziness

There have been cases of dizziness due to the increased blood flow to the muscles. Also, some ingredients may result in a thinning of blood but this has been unproven thus far.

My initial expectations were that this will work. Good morning all, I want to share my experience using the two together in the gym. Let me state that I changed from Jack3d to OEP + Yok3d, and was worried I would suffer from minimal “pre-workout experience” of having tons of energy. Jack3d thus far has been the only PreWO substance I’ve stuck with. All others; Arnge Crush, Fast Twitch, Speed Stack have bored me, and left me with the feeling of getting used to them, hence no longer working.

My concern was that I would be lazy in the gym without it. It took me to get to day 3 using this combination before I actually believed in it. I did bi’s and tri’s this day, and was able to add an extra set with 2 more reps to each on everything I did. I added in a couple of extra exercises as well. The energy level I had was great, and exceeded my expectations. I finished my workout with core, and overly surprised myself in that area as well.

At the end of the day, I can honestly say, if you’re on the fence about either one of these products, try them and see for yourself. I’m happy with my purchase, and can’t wait to share my results in a few weeks.

Ok…so I am done with Yok3d. Unfortunate, but true. I had some strength gains while on. Pump was noticeable, however not as pronounced as some of the others were experiencing. Where Yok3d did shine for me was in endurance and drive. I have trained 3 workouts or so without it and I definitely feel the difference. I wanted to wait until I finished the bottle and actually experienced training without it for a few workouts before giving it a final review. My rating for Yok3d is as follows:

Endurance: 9 (I never give 10 to anything that would make a product perfect, which to me is not possible) Not only did I not want to leave, this product gave me the endurance to stay.

Drive/Focus: 9 I really never wanted to leave, wanted to do more sets and reps.

Vascularity: This was hard to comment on since I was carrying lots of excess water and a little more bf than usual. I did notice an improvement so it definitely is good, how good, hard to say. I really don’t feel I can rate this fairly at this time. Perhaps in the future.

Strength: 7 This was really unexpected. It worked and I would say very well. Very noticeable. Not mind blowing but after training for as long as I have any little increase is good in my book.

Pump: 5 I felt it at times but at other times I didn’t. I really don’t care because the other areas really shined.

Value: 9.9999999 (Like I said, I don’t give 10′s). It would have to be free to receive a 10 vote. Considering I did get a free tub of Jack3d for the IC release it was almost free. For regular prices I would drop the value obviously, probably about a 7.5 (which to me is very high and means I will purchase in the future again)

Overall: 8. Great value and very effective. I love what it did for me mentally and it certainly gave me the extra endurance I needed. I miss the product already. I will be purchasing it again in the future. Probably within the next few weeks.

How to take Yok3d

I’m tempted here to say rectally, but I shall refrain. First of all I wantto point out that it comes with full usage instructions, so you’ll have allthe information you need when/if you buy it. With that said I’ll go aheadand give you a brief outline.

Despite my prior remark Yok3d is, in fact, ingested orally. The key tousing it is to take it EARLY – while it’s tempting to think that you oughtto consume it briefly before your workout in order to gain maximum effect,and unfortunately a lot of people do, the key to maximizing your pump isactually to take the pill about 2 hours prior to your workout! Indeed,studies have shown that the highest levels of nitric oxide are achieved about 2-3 hours after ingestion.

What does Yok3d feel like?

Describing a feeling is about as easy as scratching your own back – ittakes a heck of a lot of fumbling around like an idiot and in the end youstill only manage to reach half of it. At least, that’s the case of thoseof us who aren’t prized authors or freakishly long-armed. What I’m tryingto say is that I’ll do my best, but you really have to try it to fullyunderstand the feeling.

Yok3d makes you feel two things in particular; energetic, and ripped. Whilein the gym you’ll feel full of strength, energy and motivation – a lot ofusers report being able to add significant amounts of weight to their reps.Your veins will also increase in size which increases the flow of bloodthrough your muscles, making them tighter and bigger as a result. A living legend – You mind be surprised to know that Frank is now 68 as of writing this article and has by no means slowed down in training, intensity and commitment to the bodybuilding family. I’d have to say the only difference is the grey hair (LOL).

Did you know Frank Zane patented and developed an alternative squat and calf exercise mechanism? It is quite extraordinary in that the weights are attached to the trunk of your body which stabilizes the weight in a similar fashion to how a trap bar works. It only supports weights of up to 200lbs unfortunately.

These days, Frank Zane is quite active on his bodybuilding blog – producing a quarterly newsletter which contains no advertisements and is entirely self made.
Also Frank is involved in American tours for bodybuilding seminars, private lessons with potential bodybuilders and career guidance.

There’s no slowing Frank Zane down!
