As a young adult living in this political climate, I am continually frustrated at the lack of medically sound laws being made in Australia. I cringe whenever we’re deemed ‘America Jr’ but really it has some merit with regard to our drug and pharmaceutical laws.

A lot of our pharma laws mirror the stance of the FDA. Raw milk is illegal. Steroids are illegal.‘Supplements’ – Very soon to get restricted with ridiculous health and safety tests

Do not be confused – this is a nanny state and yet pesticide-ridden and genetically-manipulated fruit/veg/meats are pushed on us at a ridiculously rate which increases the price of high quality natural, organic foods.

So if private organizations can manipulate genetics, why can’t citizens? Money & effort. That’s the reason. There is too much effort to overhaul the medical system and not enough money to justify it.

If steroid cycles were medically monitored and funded by the citizen wanting to use them, I guarantee you wouldn’t have anywhere near the ridiculous amount of kidney, heart and liver damage that is present in bodybuilding.

But with so many people being ignorant with their health and leaving it up to the state to take care of them, you can see why they’re passing these draconian laws.

A lot of new comers don’t have access to medically sound & expert anecdotal advice regarding steroids. In effect, they turn to dosing themselves up like a guinea pig. This is extremely dangerous considering how delicate the endocrine system is to males and how genetic predispositions to disease and organ problems can come into play.

Well enough of this undirected ranting, what I want to know is….

Are NABBA & IFBB doing anything in regards to pressuring Parliament into changing their stance in Australia? If not, why? This isn’t a threat or taunt or anything that can be construed as hostile. This is a legitimate plea for help from someone who wants the freedom to push their body to the next level without breaking laws or having to cheat blood tests and endocrinologists to get legal steroids.

We have two of Australia’s biggest bodybuilding federations who have enormous potential to fight the good fight in Australia. Medicinal Freedom is really the next fight for mankind around the globe. Marijuana is being legalized in America. I think Australia should definitely look at legalizing or at the very least decriminalising steroids & HGH - we just need to unite, send letters to Parliament, get a presence in the media and take action.

I own the site so you can see that I have an inherent bias, but the initial spark that captured my attention with Yok3d is how good it really is. So I figured I’d put my supplements where my mouth is and give you a decent review about what to expect with Yok3d.

My initial expectations were that this will work. I’ve used USP Lab’s products before with Jack3d and I know that their supplements are historically known to work great. Being a nitric oxide based supplement, it makes sense that it would deliver a great, flushed pump. Nitrates are well known for dilating (expanding) the veins, allow blood to become more viscous which increases blood flow and is part and parcel of a healthy, vascular pump.

April 7th – 3 Yok3d pills the first day – 90 mins before gym – Arms and Chest day.

It is a sad day in bodybuilding as Romania’s top bodybuilder Viorel Ristea dead at the tender age of 28. Viorel was in the process of competiting at the Musclemania bodybuilding contest in Miami, Florida.

Viorel passed away in his hotel having died of a heart attack. The absolute stress of dieting and pre contest preparations may have played a part in his death, however this is wild speculation. A living legend – You mind be surprised to know that Frank is now 68 as of writing this article and has by no means slowed down in training, intensity and commitment to the bodybuilding family. I’d have to say the only difference is the grey hair (LOL).

Did you know Frank Zane patented and developed an alternative squat and calf exercise mechanism? It is quite extraordinary in that the weights are attached to the trunk of your body which stabilizes the weight in a similar fashion to how a trap bar works. It only supports weights of up to 200lbs unfortunately.

These days, Frank Zane is quite active on his bodybuilding blog – producing a quarterly newsletter which contains no advertisements and is entirely self made.
Also Frank is involved in American tours for bodybuilding seminars, private lessons with potential bodybuilders and career guidance.
